Privacy Policy
Jira User Manager - Bulk Admin is a Chrome extension that helps administrators review Atlassian Jira Cloud users in a side panel. This policy explains what data the extension processes, why it is needed, and how it is stored.
Data the extension processes
- Jira Cloud site URL
- Atlassian account email entered by the user
- Jira Cloud API token entered by the user
- Encrypted connection metadata stored locally in the browser
- Jira user directory data returned by the connected Jira Cloud site
How credentials are stored
The Jira Cloud API token is encrypted locally before it is saved. The extension does not store the master password. Temporary unlocked-session data is kept only for the current browser session.
How data is used and shared
Data is used only to connect to the Jira Cloud site selected by the user, verify access, and display user-management information inside the extension. Data is sent only to the selected Jira Cloud tenant through Atlassian REST API requests.
Retention
Saved connection metadata remains in the browser until the user disconnects the Jira site or removes the extension. Session unlock data is temporary and cleared at the end of the browser session.
No sale or advertising use
The extension does not sell personal data, does not use data for advertising, and does not send data to analytics or tracking providers.
