Cloud Inventory helps users collect and review cloud infrastructure resources from supported provider APIs in a local Chrome extension dashboard.
What to include in a support request
- The provider being connected, such as DigitalOcean or Vercel
- The extension version shown in Chrome
- The screen where the issue happened: popup, dashboard, settings, or sync
- The resource type being synced, such as projects, domains, DNS, or droplets
- The exact error message or a screenshot
Common checks before reporting an issue
- Reload the extension in
chrome://extensions - Unlock the dashboard again after a browser restart
- Confirm the provider API token is still valid
- Confirm the token has read access to the resources you want to inventory
- Try syncing a single provider again before running a full sync
